postDada Media

PostDada press commenced in 1986 as a capitalistic tool to publish poetry fliers, promotional materials as well the influential literary journal, the New East Coast Literary Wave.   After the wave subsided (mid-90s) PostDada continued on to publish occasional chapbooks in a rather desultory fashion.

PostDada partnered with GoldFish press in 1998 to produce Marty Esworthy’s seminal poetry collection, “Lolling Along That Meadow…a Snow of White Dots”.  (Complete title available on request) Since then, PostDada Press has generally published. maybe, three or four chapbooks each year. And we’ve branched out to other forms of media and technology. Hence, PostDada Media. Our savvy promotional team also assists with web design and site-enhancing media, and other stuff for creative, but tech-challenged. writers and artistes.

Christine O’Leary-Rockey’s verse compendium “The Three Faces of  Brahman” was a big summer release in 2010. Last fall , there was a lot of excitement regarding John Destalo’s debut, “Raw: Exposing the Untamed Mind,” his debut poetry collection.

Coming up: Two tomes by Christian Thiede are expected to be released by, say, Labour Day. Still others are fomenting (or fermenting) and rising from the on-deck circle very soon. We don’t worry about mixed metaphors here. But we’re ready to unmix ‘em when it counts. When others, previously silent arrive with pens and hammers and whatever, ready to re-write and tidy things up….   So, to sum up, We’re actually steadfast, unwavering, stable and true, like, or as. a granite mp3 carved into a Mount Everest. Solid.   Check with MaryK for breaking news & information: http://wemakezines.ning.com/profile/maryzkunstweker
